How much is delivery fee?Delivery fee is based on Recipient's location. Close to our studio areas (in Tuscany or starting Postal code T3L) will be $8. Within Calgary limit, the delivery cost is fee $10. The surrounding areas will be charged between $25-$35 base on areas.

Do you offer only delivery service?Yes, we are online flower shop which is located in a private studio. Currently, we are unavailable to pick up service.

Same-day delivery is available?Yes, we accept same-day delivery until 11AM. Delivery window will be between 4PM - 8PM for Same-day order.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Can I visit your studio and pick up my order?No, we’re located in a private studio and only provide delivery services.

What are your opening hours?Our online shop is open 24/7. For inquiries, please use the chat box on our website or email us. Or call us if you need help! Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays, with no deliveries on those days.
