    We offer both local and Canada-wide delivery to make sending flowers easy and convenient. Delivery in Calgary & Surrounding Areas Free delivery within Calgary city limits Available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Same-day delivery order cut-off: 11:00 AM (delivery window: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Delivery fees for surrounding areas: Harmony, Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere, and Okotoks: $5 flat fee Canada-Wide Delivery (Limited Locations) We currently offer next-day delivery to select locations across Canada.   • How will I and the recipient be notified about the delivery status?
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via text to the recipient, including an estimated arrival time, so they know when to expect their delivery. The sender will receive a confirmation email once the delivery is successfully completed. This ensures full visibility from our studio to their doorstep.
  • Do you offer in-store pickup?
    We don’t offer in-store pickup at this time, as we operate from a private floral studio and are online-only. All of our arrangements are carefully prepared and delivered directly to your recipient’s door for a seamless and convenient experience.
  • Can I customize my bouquet?
    We offer curated bouquets that closely resemble the product photos on our website. You can choose either “Designer’s Choice” (available for all locations) or “Bloom Box” (available in Calgary and surrounding areas only) with your preferred color scheme. Please note that the final design will reflect La Maison’s signature floral style.

    We are an online flower shop, and all orders—including subscriptions—must be placed through our website. To subscribe, simply browse our shop, choose your preferred bouquet size and delivery frequency (monthly or bi-weekly), select your first delivery date, and complete the checkout process.     You can view your subscription payment history on the "My Subscription" page, located under the top menu "SUBSCRIPTIONS." If you need assistance with changing your delivery date, address, or the size and frequency of your subscription flowers, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page.
  • How will I be notified about the delivery status for Subscription?
    Your subscription deliveries will follow the schedule based on your initial selected delivery date and chosen frequency. For example, if you leave a note requesting delivery on the first Monday of each month, we’ll align your deliveries accordingly. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking link and estimated arrival time, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your flowers. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the delivery is successfully completed—ensuring full visibility from our studio to your doorstep.
  • Need to pause or cancel your subscription?
    If you're away from home for an extended period or need to pause your subscription for any reason, please submit a pause request through our Contact Us page. To cancel your subscription, requests are accepted after your second delivery. Cancellation requests must also be submitted through the Contact Us page.

    We offer curated wedding flowers that closely reflect the product photos shown on our website. You can choose your preferred color scheme from our À La Carte Collection, but please note: We do not offer custom designs or accommodate requests for specific flower types. This approach allows us to work efficiently with seasonal blooms, maintain high quality, and offer our designs at reasonable, accessible prices—without compromising on beauty or style.
  • What are your delivery options and fees?
    We currently deliver wedding flowers only within Calgary and surrounding areas. Deliveries are available Monday to Sunday between 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM. We offer free delivery within this time frame, but specific delivery times are not guaranteed. If you require delivery within a specific time window, please select the $35 timed delivery option at checkout. Please note: Items from the À La Carte Collection do not include setup services.
  • How can I keep fresh my wedding flowers?
    All bouquets are carefully packed with a water wrap to keep them fresh during delivery. You can store them in a cool area, and when you're ready to use them, simply remove the wrap and gently dry any excess water. If you receive your flowers a day before your wedding, we recommend the following for optimal freshness: Bouquets and chair swags: Place them in a vase with water. Boutonnières, wrist corsages, and rose petals: Store them in the fridge at a temperature between 3–6°C. Proper storage will help keep your wedding flowers looking beautiful and fresh for your big day.
