CALGARY AND SURROUNDING AREASWe offer complimentary same-day delivery within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities for eligible orders placed before 11:00 AM Mountain Time.Deliveries are completed within our standard delivery window. An exact arrival time is not guaranteed.If you require a specific delivery time, please leave your request in the order notes or contact us before ordering. Time-specific delivery is available only within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities, subject to confirmation by our team. An additional CAD $25 fee applies once confirmed.SELECT CITIES ACROSS CANADANationwide delivery is available Tuesday to Friday only, excluding statutory holidays. No nationwide deliveries are available on Mondays or weekends.For next-day delivery, please order before 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday through Thursday.For orders placed after Thursday’s cut-off or from Friday to Sunday, the earliest available delivery is the following Tuesday, subject to holidays and courier availability.Please select a Tuesday–Friday delivery date at checkout. Even if the calendar allows Monday or a weekend date to be selected, these dates are not available for nationwide delivery. Please change your selection before completing your order.Delivery availability and shipping fees depend on the recipient’s postal code and delivery region. Please select the correct delivery region before choosing a product.

For Calgary and surrounding-area deliveries, we will contact the recipient by text before delivery to confirm the delivery address, access instructions, or business hours. During this confirmation, we will let the recipient know the sender’s name while keeping the flowers, card message, and other gift details a surprise.For deliveries outside the Calgary area, tracking information will be provided when available through the delivery carrier.The sender will receive a confirmation once the delivery has been completed.

Studio pickup and walk-in shopping are not currently available. La Maison Flower Studio operates as a private, online-only floral studio and is not open to the public.Every arrangement is carefully prepared in our studio and delivered directly to the recipient’s address for a seamless and convenient gifting experience.

Our online floral collection features thoughtfully curated designs created in La Maison’s signature style. Individual online products cannot be customized, and requests for specific flower varieties, colours, or design changes cannot be guaranteed.Each arrangement will closely reflect the selected product’s overall colour palette, style, size, and value. As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, certain varieties may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and feel of the original design.For fully personalized wedding florals, please explore our Custom Wedding service. Custom wedding floral services begin with a minimum floral investment of CAD $5,000.
