We offer flower subscription delivery within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities, as well as to selected cities across Canada.CALGARY AND SURROUNDING AREASComplimentary delivery is available within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities. Subscription deliveries are scheduled monthly based on the first delivery date selected when placing your order, subject to available delivery days.SELECT CITIES ACROSS CANADANationwide subscription delivery is available Tuesday to Friday only, excluding statutory holidays. No nationwide deliveries are available on Mondays or weekends.For next-day delivery of your first subscription order, please order before 11:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday through Thursday. For orders placed after Thursday’s cut-off or from Friday to Sunday, the earliest available delivery is the following Tuesday, subject to holidays and courier availability.Please select a Tuesday–Friday date for your first delivery. Even if the calendar allows Monday or a weekend date to be selected, these dates are not available for nationwide delivery. Please change your selection before completing your order.Delivery availability and shipping fees depend on the recipient’s postal code and delivery region. Please select the correct delivery area before choosing a subscription product.

You can view your subscription details and payment history at any time on the My Subscriptions page under SUBSCRIPTIONS in the main menu.If you need to update your delivery date, address, or subscription details, please contact us through our Contact Us page before your next order is processed.Changes requested after a renewal has already been processed may not take effect until the following delivery cycle.

If you will be away or need to temporarily pause your subscription, please submit a request through our Contact Us page before your next subscription order is processed.Pause requests received after a renewal has already been processed may be applied to the following delivery cycle.All subscriptions require a minimum of two completed deliveries. Cancellation requests may be submitted after the second delivery through our Contact Us page.Your subscription will remain active until you receive confirmation that the pause or cancellation has been completed.

Studio pickup and walk-in shopping are not currently available. La Maison Flower Studio operates as a private, online-only floral studio and is not open to the public.Each subscription arrangement is carefully prepared in our studio and delivered directly to you or your recipient for a seamless and convenient experience.
