You can view your subscription payment history on the "My Subscription" page, located under the top menu "SUBSCRIPTIONS." If you need assistance with changing your delivery date, address, or the size and frequency of your subscription flowers, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page.

Your subscription deliveries will follow the schedule based on your initial selected delivery date and chosen frequency. For example, if you leave a note requesting delivery on the first Monday of each month, we’ll align your deliveries accordingly. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking link and estimated arrival time, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your flowers. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the delivery is successfully completed—ensuring full visibility from our studio to your doorstep.

If you're away from home for an extended period or need to pause your subscription for any reason, please submit a pause request through our Contact Us page. To cancel your subscription, requests are accepted after your second delivery. Cancellation requests must also be submitted through the Contact Us page.

We don’t offer in-store pickup at this time, as we operate from a private floral studio and are online-only. All of our arrangements are carefully prepared and delivered directly to you or your recipient’s door for a seamless and convenient experience.
