We offer complimentary same-day delivery within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities. Next-day delivery is also available to select cities across Canada.Available delivery options and any applicable fees vary by destination and are displayed for each delivery area. Please select the recipient’s correct delivery region before choosing a product.Calgary and surrounding-area deliveries are completed within our standard delivery window, and an exact arrival time is not guaranteed.If you require delivery within a specific time window, please leave your requested time in the order notes at checkout or contact us directly. Time-specific delivery is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. Once confirmed, an additional CAD $25 delivery fee will apply.Time-specific delivery is currently available only within Calgary and eligible surrounding communities.Our order cut-off time is 11:00 AM MT. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Available dates are shown when placing your order.

For Calgary and surrounding-area deliveries, we will contact the recipient by text before delivery to confirm the delivery address, access instructions, or business hours. During this confirmation, we will let the recipient know the sender’s name while keeping the flowers, card message, and other gift details a surprise.For deliveries outside the Calgary area, tracking information will be provided when available through the delivery carrier.The sender will receive a confirmation once the delivery has been completed.

Studio pickup and walk-in shopping are not currently available. La Maison Flower Studio operates as a private, online-only floral studio and is not open to the public.Every arrangement is carefully prepared in our studio and delivered directly to the recipient’s address for a seamless and convenient gifting experience.

Our online floral collection features thoughtfully curated designs created in La Maison’s signature style. Individual online products cannot be customized, and requests for specific flower varieties, colours, or design changes cannot be guaranteed.Each arrangement will closely reflect the selected product’s overall colour palette, style, size, and value. As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, certain varieties may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and feel of the original design.For fully personalized wedding florals, please explore our Custom Wedding service.
